At Morris, our customer service organization focuses our energy on creating a positive customer experience. A key factor in creating this experience is ensuring customer profitability through the minimization of unplanned downtime. We minimize unplanned downtime by partnering our technical support experts with our customer’s operational teams. Morris customer service representatives take part in all internal operations and engineering discussions at Morris leading up to the shipment of customer equipment. Armed with the appropriate knowledge, we optimize equipment during start-up and commissioning. We follow-up with ongoing training and service support for the life of the equipment.
One of the ways we offer continued support is through a traditional Morris Service Plan. Our most advanced plan is the LINEGUARD™ Guarantee. In addition to these plans, we offer the Morris School of Cool for customers who prefer advanced thermal transfer theory and training.
